Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures. Amigurumi has risen in popularity thanks to the popular Woobles brand. Creating these cute creatures isn’t hard, but it can be tricky until you master the basic stills needed.
In this class we’ll cover how to make a magic ring, how to crochet in the round, the importance of stitch markers and how to increase and decrease stitches.
If you have a kit that you’d like to work on, feel free to bring it. Otherwise we’ll provide the supplies and some patterns to choose from.
Basic crochet skills including how to chain and make single crochets is required.
