By signing up for a workshop, class, camp or attending an event at our location, you agree to the following:

Workshops, classes and camps start and end on time. Please be on time. Arriving 30 minutes late to a class counts as a no-show, and no make up class will be offered.

You may cancel a class for a full refund 21 days in advance of workshop. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop can be applied as a credit towards another workshop.   Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.  

Meraki reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment or unforeseen teacher conflicts. If a class is cancelled a full refund will be issued.

Instructors are subject to change.

You allow Meraki to take photographs of you or your enrolled child/children to be used for promotional and archival purposes only. If you wish to opt out, please make the instructor aware of that prior to the start of class.

Meraki reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming without refund.

You do release Meraki Creative Lounge, LLC (“Meraki”), or any person or persons acting on its behalf, from liability for any bodily injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of any personal articles while on the premises or while participating in any activity sponsored by. Furthermore, you agree that in the event medical attention is required due to accident or illness, Meraki shall, without accepting financial responsibility, seek such medical services as it deems necessary and appropriate.
