The Summer Is Off to a Great Start at Meraki
We just finished the first week of Sewing 101 camp and we had the best time! The campers started out as beginners but soon became pros at winding bobbins and threading machines. And they finished the week with tote bags, pillowcases, zipper pouches and some fun hand sewing projects.
We have another week of Sewing 101 camp scheduled the week of July 10th and there are still spots available for the morning and afternoon sessions.
For those campers that finished Sewing 101 and want to continue to hone their skills and make some fun projects, we have another week of sewing camp, Sewtime, the week of July 24th. All the details are at the Summer Camps page.
We also have two weeks of crafty fun camps coming up: Let’s Get Crafty the week of July 17th where we’ll explore several different crafts and have a lot of fun doing it.
The last week of camp, the week of July 31st, we’ll have some fun projects to get you ready to go Back to School. Check out the Summer Camp page for more information.
For the grown ups we have added a bunch of classes where you can learn to sew, make your first quilt, learn to crochet, learn to cross stitch or explore the Japanese bonsai art of Kokedama, to name just a few.
Check out the workshops page for all the classes and details.
We’re looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming camps and classes.
